CRO QbD Clinical adopts BSI’s CTMS software, becomes client ambassador for the Benelux region

Baden, Switzerland, December 22, 2023 – BSI announces the adoption of its CTMS and eTMF solutions by CRO QbD Clinical, part of the QbD group. With 11 offices worldwide, the Belgian-based company is a global life sciences partner, supporting MedTech and BioPharma players with ad hoc services “from idea to patient”. And by “global” one should not only understand geographically: The CRO’s team offers a comprehensive set of skills and expertise ranging from regulatory affairs to pharmacovigilance to medical writing. “At QbD Clinical we pride ourselves with solving complex problems,” says Vendor and Strategic Proposal Manager Niels Daems, “however to manage complexity is indeed our day-to-day challenge. To run more than a hundred client projects in parallel requires a highly skilled team and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The software comprehensiveness was a major factor for QbD Clinical’s investment decision, along with the high configurability of the tool. BSI’s eClinical solution is a one-stop shop for clinical trials, allowing Sponsors and CROs to conduct countless studies simultaneously – from planning to close-out. Plus, it integrates well with existing EDC (Electronic Data Capture) and site payment systems. QbD Clinical went live with BSI CTMS and eTMF at the beginning of summer this year, after a configuration workshop and a 3-day training session which took place on site at its offices in Antwerp, Belgium.
